No class on Easter (4/20) and Mother's Day (5/11).
Dedicate an hour each week to complete a customized, guided plan to reach your L1/L2 pole trick goals. Each class begins with a group warm up and conditioning session, followed by one-on-one or small group instructions for each student’s chosen trick. Then enjoy a dedicated 20-minute practice session to work on your trick with guidance and support. Finish with a group cooldown and brief feedback session.
We are thrilled to offer a deep stretch option on Sunday, May 4th to enhance your efforts in meeting your goal! Receive tips on which stretches to include in your warmups for your chosen tricks. Enjoy a deep stretch session led by our pole sister and yoga instructor, Christine, during the dedicated 20 minute practice. Then rejoin the group to finsih with a cooldown and feedback session.

The Milestone Pole Moves 6-week class series has been created to provide a structured opportunity for newly certified pole instructors to apply what we have learned in our training and gain hands-on teaching experience. At the same time, it’s designed to introduce students—both new and current—to specific L1/L2 pole moves in a focused way, providing the space to work on key skills at a reduced rate while we, as new instructors, are also gaining experience.
Evonne has been doing pole since December 2022. She loves doing tricks and participating in competitions for the opportunity to perform for an audience and receive feedback on her progress from the judges.
In 2024, Evonne received a 3rd place medal at the USAF National World Qualifying Championships for her Professional Level, Artistic Pol
Evonne has been doing pole since December 2022. She loves doing tricks and participating in competitions for the opportunity to perform for an audience and receive feedback on her progress from the judges.
In 2024, Evonne received a 3rd place medal at the USAF National World Qualifying Championships for her Professional Level, Artistic Pole performance. In 2023, just 9 months into her pole journey, she was awarded a 3rd place medal for her L2 Pole Sport performance at the PSO Pacific & After Dark competition in Los Angeles.
Most recently, Evonne acquired her Xpert Fitness L1/L2 & L3/L4 certifications to teach pole to both adults and youth!
She is very excited and ready to help others reach their goals in this incredible sport.
Suzy has been dancing as far back as she can remember. She has experienced a lifelong dance journey of discipline, personal confidence, friendships, and incredible memories. Since young adulthood she not only taught a variety of dance styles, including latin, swing and twerk, but has also coached various sports, which led to choreographin
Suzy has been dancing as far back as she can remember. She has experienced a lifelong dance journey of discipline, personal confidence, friendships, and incredible memories. Since young adulthood she not only taught a variety of dance styles, including latin, swing and twerk, but has also coached various sports, which led to choreographing performances and directing talent shows later on. When Suzy started pole dancing 3 years ago, her passion for the fitness and arts naturally led her to start teaching pole fitness and renewing a love for performing again. She received her Xpert L1/L2 certification to teach pole on the 2 year anniversary of her pole journey. She is enthusiastic about helping others learn something new to show that they are capable of growth.
With over 8 years of experience as a yoga instructor and a 500-hour certification under her belt, Christine is passionate about guiding others on their wellness journeys. Her expertise include specialized training in power yoga, hot power fusion, and yoga sculpt, allowing her to tailor classes that invigorate both body and mind.

She believes that the principles of yoga can beautifully complement pole, and she is excited to share this unique blend with her students.
